Q- Do you charge any Sales Tax?
A- If you are in California then we charge you 8.75% sales tax otherwise not.

Q- The price is very cheap, Are these products good quality?
A- Actually we are manufacturer of these items and wholeseller / Dropshipper of our own products. These products are very nice specially our Fleece Jackets. And Polo shirts are heavy weight 7.5 oz which is considered very good quality in Apparels industry. Our clothing sizes are standard US sizes.

Q- What do you mean by Digitizing & setup?
A- Digitizing is the Computerized process of converting your provided logo (in digital Image format) into stitch format. so that our machine can understand how to stitch it. The Setup means putting up threads of different colors on the machine.

Q- How many colors can I have in one logo?
A- You can have upto 5 colors of threads in a logo.

Q- How Can I provide you the logo or artwork?
A- You can send us your artwork at toomby@gmail.com in these formats (JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, etc).

Q- What if my logo is over 10,000 stitches?
A- We will charge $3 each for additional 10,000 stitch count.

Q- What If I need another logo on the sleeve as well?
A- That will be charged extra $3 per shirt upto 7000 stitches.

Q- How long this whole process will take?
A- It usually takes about 10 business days, If everything is ready from your side then we can deliver it to you much earlier.

Q- Do you offer any discounts on larger quantities?
A- Yes, We are manufacturer of our clothings and we can deliver large quantities at a good prices. We have done business with COCA COLA, LOCKHEED MARTIN, HOME DEPOT, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES, etc. Please contact us for a quote.

Q- I am a large quantity buyer, Can I see a sample before I place an order?
A- Yes, You can request for a sample of blank shirt of any size and color for the cost of $15 (shipping included).

Q- Would you show me anything for proof?
A- Yes, we will send you an email of sample stitchout for your approval. Once you approve it then we will embroid the shirts.

Q- Do you also carry any other branded Polo or Golf shirts?
A- No, We don't.
